    هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أثر تصميم بيئة تدريبية للتنمية المستدامة قائمة على استراتيجية المنتج التشاركي عبر الويب لتنمية بعض المهارات المهنية اللازمة لأخصائى التدريب والجودة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) أخصائي من وحدات التدريب والجودة بمحافظة بورسعيد، كما شملت أدوات البحث (اختبار التحصيلي/ بطاقة ملاحظة/ بطاقة تقييم المنتج)، واستخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي؛ لتحديد المهارات المهنية الخاصة بتطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية، ولتحديد المعايير الفنية والتربوية لتصميم البيئة التدريبية، ولتحديد التصميم التعليمي لبيئة التدريب الإلكترونية باستراتيجية المنتج التشاركي عبر الويب لتنمية المهارات المهنية لدى أخصئي التدريب والجودة بالمرحلة الإعدادية- بمحافظة بورسعيد، ومنهج البحث التجريبي، وذلك في إجراء تجربة البحث ومعرفة أثر المتغير المستقل (تصميم بيئة تدريبية للتنمية المستدامة قائمة على استراتيجية المنتج التشاركي عبر الويب)، على المتغير التابع (المهارات المهنية)، من خلال تصميم تجريبي ذو مجموعة تجريبية واحدة لمتغير مستقل واحد مع القياس القبلي والبعدي، وبعد إجراء عمليات التحليل الإحصائي أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات عينة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي (الجانب المعرفي– الجانب الأدائي) لصالح التطبيق البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية، وانتهى البحث بعرض مجموعة من التوصيات، وفي النهاية تم عرض مجموعة من البحوث المقترحة لمساعدة الباحثين على البدء مما انتهى إليه البحث الحالي.
The aim of this research is to reveal the impact of designing a training environment for sustainable development based on the collaborative product strategy via the web to develop some professional skills necessary for training and quality specialists.
