هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج قائم على العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام في خفض الشعور بقلق الموت لتحسين مؤشرات جودة الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي اضطراب الأوتيزم. ، تکونت عينة الدراسة من (5) من أمهات أطفال الأوتيزم المترددين على إحدى مراکز رعاية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة القليوبية . تضمنت أدوات الدراسة مقياس قلق الموت لدى أمهات أطفال الأوتيزم ( إعداد الباحثون)، ومقياس مؤشرات جودة الحياة لدى أمهات أطفال الأوتيزم ( إعداد الباحثون)، والبرنامج العلاجي القائم على العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام (إعداد الباحثون). تمثل منهج الدراسة في المنهج التجريبي. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى فعالية البرنامج لقائم على العلاج بالتقبل والالتزام في خفض قلق الموت وتحسين مؤشرات جودة الحياة لدى عينة الدراسة .
